About Michael Fraser
Michael has been a member of the Florida and California Bar Associations since 2010 and 2011 respectively. He is also a member of all California federal courts, as well as the federal courts for the Middle and Southern districts of Florida.
Based in California, Michael has built his career on successfully representing clients and bringing their cases to completion. He excels at seeing the larger picture while uncovering critical details, communicating legal arguments, and leading fair negotiations.
Education
In 2005, Michael graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida with a B.A. in English Literature. Following this, he graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While attending Nova Southeastern, Michael:
- Served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Nova Law Review
- Competed nationally for the Moot Court team
- Was a member of the Nova Trial Association
- Won several scholarships and awards
Experience
After law school, Michael honed his business and litigation skills as an associate for two prominent Florida law firms. In 2014, Michael returned to his hometown of Sacramento, California and founded his practice.
With each case, he takes a tailored approach to meeting client needs. Regardless of the situation, he’s committed to one goal: helping clients achieve outstanding legal results as efficiently as possible.

Beyond the law
When not working hard for his clients, Michael enjoys exploring his native California, spending time with his friends and family, and taking Italian language courses at the beautiful and historic Murer House Additionally, Michael has also raised Guide Dog puppies-in-training for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
